Some of these are pretty hilarious! Tragically, several of these capture the very “stereotype” of a worship leader that aspiring worship leaders believe they need to attain (like the breathy, pained talking in between songs).

I often wonder if a worship leader needs to do nothing more than simply lead people through the songs, bringing as little attention to themselves as possible.

I wonder if worship leaders have comments about worshippers. Are they annoyed/distracted when we sip coffee while we worship? How about sipping water? We worshipped with a gal, not on the worship team, who would add, loudly, her own frilly ends to many lines of a song. Have you seen any lists of Pet Pastor Peeves?
